The least expensive home sold in Mississauga last month went for under $300,000.
As market conditions favour buyers in the Greater Toronto Area, many homes are selling at lower prices.
Mississauga’s average home price rose 3.5 per cent month-over-month to $929,600 in September, real estate brokerage Zoocasa said. But it is lower than September 2025, when the average was $969,501, according to Toronto Regional Real Estate Board data.
The most affordable homes, typically condo units, are selling for under $500,000.
