A WWE star has officially been removed from Clash In Paris 2025 after being planned for a championship match.
At WWE Evolution, Stephanie Vaquer won a battle royal to earn her a future Women’s World Title shot.
That title shot was set to come at Clash In Paris against Naomi, who won the championship later the same night at Evolution via Money in the Bank cash-in.
However, last week on Raw, Naomi announced her pregnancy and officially vacated the title.
This led to the question of what would happen to Stephanie Vaquer’s planned title shot.
During today’s WWE Raw in Birmingham, England six days out from Clash In Paris, we got an answer.
Backstage, Raw General Manager Adam Pearce was shown talking to Vaquer.
Pearce said that, unfortunately, Vaquer was off Clash In Paris and wouldn’t be getting her title shot at the event.
However, Pearce did say that Vaquer will get the title match she earned, and he does already have an opponent in mind, but he needs another week or so to get things set up and confirmed.
It appears he will announce the date and opponent on next week’s Raw.
In another note, Becky Lynch vs Nikki Bella for Lynch’s Women’s Intercontinental Championship has officially been added to Clash In Paris on August 31.
