The NASCAR Xfinity Series arrived at Dover Motor Speedway, but it couldn’t complete all 200 laps. NASCAR was forced to cancel Cup Series practice and qualifying earlier in the day, and with only 134 laps completed, the sport was forced to call the Xfinity Series event. At the end of the event, a JR Motorsports driver was on top.

Connor Zilisch and the No. 88 team for JR Motorsports won the BetRivers 200 at Dover, earning their fourth Xfinity Series victory of the 2025 season. Zilisch won Stage 2 and led 77 of the 134 laps, holding off Joe Gibbs Racing drivers Aric Almirola and Brandon Jones before the rain hit the venue.

The driver of the No. 88 car has been strong since returning from his back injury suffered at Talladega Superspeedway. Zilisch has three wins in the last eight races and continues to flash his generational potential. Zilisch isn’t slowing down and should be viewed as a weekly contender in the Xfinity Series.
