Luke Rockhold was on the wrong end of a massive knockout punch earlier today (Sat., Aug. 30, 2025) at Misfits Boxing 22 LIVE on DAZN inside AO Arena in Manchester, England, dropping his main event showcase to Darren Till in the third round of action.
Till uncorked a massive left hand in the first round that knocked Rockhold down and sent him into a tizzy. The former UFC middleweight champion barely made it back to his feet. Rockhold began the second round on shaky legs and Till didn’t let up. He scored another quick knockdown, but Rockhold was able to pop right back up. It was so quick even the referee didn’t stop the action to let Rockhold recover. It probably should have.
Till remained on his bike to start the third round and gave Rockhold no room to breathe. The English striker moved inside and unloaded a beautiful left hand in the corner that connected flush and sent Rockhold crashing into the ropes. It didn’t look good as the former UFC champion bent awkwardly on his way down. Rockhold was unconscious for a little bit before he came to and Till checked to make sure he was okay.
All in all, it was one of the best knockout punches we’ve seen all year and a tremendous way for Till to build on an already impressive Misfits Boxing takeover. Check out the final moments below and let us know who you want to see Till fight next!
