The NASCAR Cup Series continues in the Round of 16 of the playoffs with the Enjoy Illinois 300 on Sept. 7 at World Wide Technology Raceway.

Chase Briscoe locked into the next round via his win at Darlington last weekend.

The Gateway race is the second of three races in the Round of 16, with the cutoff race into the Round of 12 at Bristol on Sept. 13.

Denny Hamlin is on the pole for the second straight week, with Kyle Larson joining him on the front row.
