BRONX – The Fordham men’s soccer program will open its 2025 Atlantic 10 schedule on Saturday, September 13, as they travel to Kingston, R.I., to take on the University of Rode Island Rams at 7:00 p.m.

Fordham is 3-2-1 on the year and is coming off a 3-0 shutout at Manhattan University on Tuesday night while Rhode Island enters the game with a 1-3-1 record after a s21 win at St. John’s last Monday.
Notes
• It will be the 33rd meeting between the two Rams on the pitch, the first since 2023.
• Rhode Island won the most recent meeting, 1-0, in Kingston on October 7, 2023.
• Fordham senior midfielder Daniel D’Ippolito as amassed 21 career goals over the past four years, placing him in a tie for tenth on the Fordham career goals list.
• His 14 career assists also ties him for tenth all-time at Fordham while his 56 career points places him eleventh on the Fordham career list.
• Last year he scored 14 goals, tied for the ninth most in a season in school history.
• D’Ippolito was named the number two player to watch on the 2025 TopDrawerSoccer Top 100 list.
• D’Ippolito was also named Preseason All-Atlantic 10 and was joined on the team by graduate student Thomas Gray.
• The Rams will be represented by three captains in 2025: graduate students Thomas Gray and Luca Bernoth, and senior Daniel D’Ippolito.
