One person has died following an industrial accident at a business in the Maple area in Vaughan, York Regional Police say.
It happened at a manufacturing business on Teston Road, east of Keele Street, at around 2:30 p.m., police said.
Police would not immediately confirm how the person’s injuries were sustained, nor did they have any immediate information about their identity.
The Ministry of Labour has been called in to investigate the fatal incident.
No other injuries have been reported so far.
