On Thursday, September 25, The Eagle 93.5 marked 25 years on the air with a community celebration at the Stardust Drive-In in Morden. Families, friends, and longtime listeners packed their vehicles into the drive-in lot for a special screening of Despicable Me 4, along with games, prizes, and plenty of laughter.
The evening’s highlight came when Connie Hesom was announced as the winner of $935 in cash. With tears in her eyes, she shared that the prize money would go to good use in supporting her children.

Before the movie, the grounds buzzed with excitement as both kids and adults joined in classic games like three-legged races, potato sack races, and a high-energy round of mega rock-paper-scissors. Laughter and cheers filled the air, creating an atmosphere of fun and connection that truly reflected the station’s spirit of community.
The Eagle 93.5’s 25th anniversary was more than just a milestone; it was a night to celebrate the listeners and community members who have made the station a staple in the Pembina Valley for a quarter of a century.
