An insider is revealing who called time on Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban‘s marriage after their “one-sided” separation was revealed.
TMZ was first to report the news that Kidman and Urban had called it quits on their relationship after 19 years of marriage, with sources claiming the pair had been living apart “since the beginning of summer.”
But as for who was the one to end the relationship, several sources are claiming it was Urban’s decision.
TMZ reports that the divorce is “one-sided” and not the outcome Kidman, 58, wanted. “Keith has acquired his own residence in Nashville and has moved out of their family home,” a source said.

A source also told People that Kidman was not ready to divorce the country music star, 57. “She didn’t want this,” the insider said. “She has been fighting to save the marriage.”
The longtime couple married in June 2006 and share daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14. A source told TMZ that Kidman has been with her daughters since the split and “holding the family together through this difficult time since Keith has been gone.” While People’s source said that Kidman’s has been getting plenty of support, saying, “Nicole’s sister [Antonia] has been a rock and the entire Kidman family has come together to support one another.”
Kidman, who was previously married to Tom Cruise and shares two older children with him, shared a post in celebration of her and Urban’s wedding anniversary in June, despite allegedly separating before then.
On June 25, the Babygirl star posted a photo of herself cuddling Urban, writing, “Happy Anniversary Baby ❤️ @KeithUrban.”
