The NASCAR Playoffs move to the decidedly volatile Charlotte Roval, and every lap will make or break dreams of becoming the champion. Bank of America Roval 400 2025 is the last of the Round of 12 and will be accompanied by drama as the drivers struggle to gain positions into the Round of 8.
The one-of-a-kind road course-oval setup, tight turns, and the Playoff group wore and told are sure to manifest themselves with the numerous mayhem and tactical twists when the green flag is carried on Sunday, October 5.
“The Charlotte Roval hosts the Round of 12 finale Sunday. Chase Elliott and Ryan Blaney are locked into the Round of 8, while Ross Chastain, Bubba Wallace, Tyler Reddick, and Austin Cindric sit below the cutline, needing big runs. The NASCAR Cup Series will next race on the Bank of America Roval 400 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Road Course on Sunday, October 5, 2025. The race starts at 3:00 PM EDT.
The race will run on the new Roval circuit, having 17 turns varying the combination of the road course within the oval circuit and some areas of the actual oval circuit of the Charlotte Motor Speedway at Concord, when compared to North Carolina.
USA Network will televise the race starting at 3:00 PM ET, with commentators Leigh Diffey, Jeff Burton, and Steve Letarte in the booth. The Performance Racing Network (PRN) will provide radio coverage.
This race is a key Playoff event and an exciting road course challenge within the NASCAR season schedule.
Charlotte Roval Set for High-Stakes NASCAR Xfinity Playoff Battle on October 4
The 2025 race of the North American Speedcar series is set to be on October 4, 2025, at Charlotte Motor Speedway road course.
It will be driven on the Charlotte Motor Speedway- Road Course (Roval) circuit and will be included in the playoffs of the NASCAR Xfinity Series. The race will begin at 4:00 PM ET, and this will be aired on The CW network. The event consists of practice and qualifying events earlier in the day.
It is also a marking race weekend given that this year all three national levels race at the Charlotte Roval with the Xfinity Series race an important playoff race scheduled the day before the NASCAR Cup Series race.
The race is included in the Xfinity Series Playoffs, which will be aired on The CW network. It is a race on a road course comprising 2.28 miles situated on the Charlotte “Roval” on the inside of the traditional oval circuit track.
NASCAR Sets Truck Series
The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series will be the event at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Road Course (Friday, October 3, at 3.30 PM ET). It is a part of the Truck Series Playoffs and the first round of the Round of 8.
The Charlotte Road Course race weekend features various NASCAR series events, where the Truck Series is the first to start the weekend road course, followed by the Xfinity Series on Saturday, and the Cup Series on Sunday.
