Prince Edward County is considering trading some land with a developer to enable new apartment buildings in Picton.
During Thursday’s upcoming Committee of the Whole meeting, the committee will discuss a land trade where a developer will provide some land to the municipality in exchange for some stretches of road between parcels of land they own, to allow them to combine the land.
The developer plans to build apartment buildings on the combined property.
