Dark Match: The Spanish Announce Project and Nasty Ned defeated The Frat House in the opening match.
Tony Khan came out before AEW Collision to pump up the crowd. He asked if anyone had been to a Collision event before and promised it would be a great night. Khan reminded fans the show was being taped for TV and would air on Saturday. He called AEW fans the “smartest” in wrestling and brought up AEW Dark, saying it’s no longer around and asking if people used to watch it. AEW Collision opening packaged then aired.
Thekla, Julia Hart & Skye Blue defeated Kris Statlander, Toni Storm & Harley Cameron.
Josh Alexander picks up a win over Kota Ibushi via countout after Ibushi took a spill to the outside of the ring. Following the incident, the arena lights dimmed and AEW President Tony Khan made his way out to personally thank the live audience for their patience and for showing respect during the medical delay. After the match Kenny Omega rushes the ring and hits a v-trigger on Alexander. Omega then tossed a trash can at Mark Davis, whom was outside the ring.
The Death Riders appeared in a backstage promo that was shown on the big screen for the live crowd.
Max Caster and Anthony Bowens defeated Big Bill and Bryan Keith.
TayJay picked up a victory over Carolina Cruz and Dream Girl Ellie.
Lexy Nair conducted a backstage interview with The Conglomeration.
Eddie Kingston defeated The Beast Mortos.
LFI defeated MxM TV. LFI attacked Eddie Kingston and HOOK. Katsuyori Shibata fan out to make the save.
Queen Aminata and Jamie Hayter launched a backstage attack on Triangle of Madness.
Megan Bayne & FTR defeated Willow Nightingale and Kevin Knight & Mike Bailey in the main event. That concluded the AEW Collision tapings.
