BOLO program director Maxime Langois says other charges to land suspects on the list include human trafficking, aggravated assault, and other ‘major crimes.’

A Toronto man wanted for the murder of a 28-year-old man outside Yorkdale Mall last summer has been named Canada’s most wanted fugitive.

On Wednesday, representatives from 16 police forces gathered in Vancouver for the unveiling of the Bolo (Be on the lookout) Program’s updated Top 25 list of Canada’s most wanted suspects.

There, officials announced a reward of up to $100,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of 23-year-old Bryan Fuentes Gramajo, who is wanted in connection with the July 17, 2025, murder of Toronto man Kashif Jamal Bentley-Jean.

Police allege Fuentes Gramajo is a member of Montreal’s Zone 43 street gang. He is believed to have “strong connections” to Ontario and British Columbia’s Lower Mainland.

“You don’t make it to the top of this list by stealing a car,” Chief Supt. Joe Matthews, of the Toronto Police Service (TPS), said during the news conference.

“If you’re at the top of this list, we believe you pose a serious threat to any person, in any place you may be. Bryan Fuentes Gramajo fits that bill.”

Eight other suspects who are wanted by police forces in the Greater Toronto Area are also on the newly updated list. They include:

#3 Tamah McLean, 31, of Toronto, who is wanted by TPS for second-degree murder in the June 9, 2025 shooting death of 33-year-old Toronto man Jordan Thompson.

#8 Katherine Bergeron-Pinzarrone, of Mississauga, is wanted by York Regional Police for second-degree murder in the stabbing death of an unnamed 16-year-old Montreal boy.

Investigators say the teen was brought to a hospital in York Region on Aug. 8, 2024 and later died. The victim was allegedly involved in a vehicle theft in Richmond Hill, they said. Bergeron-Pinzarrone is known to reside in Mississauga and Quebec.

#12 Dellano Robertson-Berry, 25, of Toronto, is wanted by TPS for second-degree murder in the Feb. 5, 2025, shooting death of 43-year-old Toronto man Lyle Pounall.

#14 Adrian Walker, 30, of Toronto, is wanted by TPS for first-degree murder and attempted murder in the May 7, 2024, double shooting that took the life of 31-year-old Toronto man Trevor John.

#20 Christian Cuxum, 22, of Toronto, is wanted by TPS for first-degree murder in the Oct. 9, 2022 shooting death of 49-year-old Woodbridge man Edwin Farley Alvarado Quintero.

#21 Dharam Dhaliwal, 32, is wanted by Peel Regional Police for first-degree murder in the Dec. 3, 2022 shooting at a gas station near Creditview Road and Britannia Road in Mississauga that claimed the life of 21-year-old Brampton woman Pawanpreet Kaur.

#23 Kiarash Parzham, 33, of Richmond Hill, is wanted by TPS for first-degree murder in the June 15, 2022 shooting death of Kian Hoseyni.

Police say both Dhaliwal and Parzham have ties to B.C.

Two other suspects, who are both sought by the OPP’s R.O.P.E. Squad, are known to frequent the Toronto area:

#15 Nicholas Singh, 23, is wanted for being unlawfully at large.

#18 Joshua Gray, 44, is wanted for being unlawfully at large. Police say they have obtained information that he may have left Ontario and could be elsewhere in Canada.

Rewards of up to $100,000 are also being offered for information leading to the arrests of All Boivin, Tamah McLean, Tresor Horimbere, and Dylan Denis, while a reward of up to $50,000 is being offered for info that will lead to the arrests of Saed Osman and Mohamed Shire, whose last known address is Toronto.

“Make no mistake — these dangerous individuals are somewhere, among us, right now. And they will remain there if we don’t do something. Today, together, as a nation, we’re sending the message that we’re on the lookout for them,” Max Langlois, the executive director of the Bolo Program, said.

The Bolo Program, which was launched in May 2018 by the Stephan Crétier Foundation, aims to amplify priority wanted notices issued by Canadian police services.
