No injuries have been reported after gunshots were fired in a park in south Etobicoke late Sunday afternoon, Toronto police say.
The incident happened in the New Toronto neighbourhood, near Lake Shore Boulevard West and Islington Avenue.
Police said they were called to that area just before 5:15 p.m. for reports of someone who was shooting a gun in the park.
There, officers found evidence of gunfire.
Investigators say they are searching for a white male, about five-foot-six, who was last seen wearing black clothing and a mask.
