Some new WWE signings are set to make their debuts soon as the ID program has recruited its latest group of prospects.
ID contracts are offered to indie wrestlers that WWE believes have potential, allowing them to work on Evolve and receive other perks that supposedly help them in their careers and move towards signings with NXT full-time.
There haven’t been any new WWE ID signings since 2024, but that is about to change.
WWE posted a video on social media today stating that a new class of ID prospects will be announced soon on Evolve.
The video said:
“Prospects in the WWE ID program have been making their mark every week on WWE Evolve.
“And with ID scouts continuing to search for new talent, independent wrestlers now receive the opportunity to show off their talents and potentially join the program.
“The ID program supports top independent wrestling prospects.
“WWE ID will announce the next class of prospects here on Evolve soon.”

There were recently some relatively high profile releases from the ID program, including inaugural ID Women’s Champion Kylie Rae, and Zayda Steel.
