Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating after an early morning crash involving six vehicles along a St. Catharines highway left one person dead.
OPP say the crash happened at around 6:45 a.m. on Hwy. 406 at the exit to Hwy. 58 in Thorold.
They say it occurred when a vehicle travelling in the southbound lanes crossed over into the northbound lanes “for unknown reasons.”
