Kourtney Kardashian Barker is opening up about her latest style as she prepares to attend a music festival
During the season 7 premiere of The Kardashians, Kourtney spoke about wanting to forego heels and dresses like her sisters wore to a family dinner

Kourtney Kardashian Barker is opening up about her latest style direction as she prepares to attend a music festival — while also taking a dig at her sisters, Kim and Khloé, in the process.
During the season 7 premiere of The Kardashians, which debuted Thursday, Oct. 23, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé and the rest of the family — including mom Kris Jenner, her ex Caitlyn Jenner, sisters Kylie and Kendall Jenner and brother Rob Kardashian — gathered at their old El Dorado Meadow house for a farewell dinner as they prepared to sell the property.
In one candid dinner conversation, Kourtney shared with Kris that she had just come from the “worst fitting” of her life for the Coachella Music Festival and her birthday. According to the mom-of-four, she wasn’t having an issue with her body image — but her stylists were off.

“My general vibe is more casual, effortless. That’s when I feel my best and my coolest, is when it’s not try-too-hard,” she told her mom, adding that she doesn’t want to wear what Kim and Khloé are wearing that night — meaning dresses and high heels.
Kim and Khloé didn’t exactly take it the comment well, telling their eldest sister that it comes off as if she doesn’t like their outfits. But according to Kourtney, she doesn’t mean it as an insult.
“I need to be able to move freely, I’m breastfeeding… I need to be able to run after them and not be in 6-inch heels,” Kourtney said in the confessional, referring to her 23-month-old son, Rocky, whom she shares with husband Travis Barker. “I don’t really wanna be in a corset with my boobs popping out, either.”

The Poosh founder has been candid about her love for comfortable, casual attire in recent years and has shown off she’s taken inspiration from her husband’s rocker wardrobe.
Last month, Kourtney posed in a white T-shirt, long black shorts, crew socks and sneakers, accessorizing with a small handbag and sunglasses in a mirror selfie posted to Instagram Stories. “Husband’s clothes forever,” she wrote over the photo, revealing that she had raided Barker’s closet.
A few months after giving birth to Rocky in 2023, Kourtney shared a postpartum style tip while wearing her husband’s oversize jersey, a black miniskirt and black knee-high boots in a mirror selfie. “Last night’s postpartum how to get ready in 5 seconds tip of the day.. wear your husband’s oversized jerseys,” she captioned the snap shared to her Instagram Stories in March 2024.
Kourtney and Barker tied the knot in 2022. The reality star also shares son Mason, 15, daughter Penelope, 13, and son Reign, 10, with ex Scott Disick. Meanwhile, Barker is father to son Landon, 20, daughter Alabama, 18, and stepdaughter Atiana, 24, whom he shares with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
