This season, the third annual Emirates NBA Cup will take place during the early portion of the season. For the Los Angeles Lakers, their group play portion of the competition will begin on Friday, Oct. 31, with a road game against the Memphis Grizzlies.

One of the features of the Emirates NBA Cup is the unique courts that each of the league’s 30 teams use to signify that a game is more than just a routine regular-season game. The court that the Lakers will use for their Emirates NBA Cup matchups at Crypto.com Arena has been revealed, and it is a beauty.

The Lakers, of course, won the first NBA Cup, back when it was simply called the in-season tournament, two seasons ago by defeating the Indiana Pacers in the final game. Last season, they went 2-2 in group play and didn’t advance to the knockout rounds.
