On today’s Young and the Restless (Thursday, October 30, 2025), a high-stakes battle brews between Jack and Victor as Cane’s stolen technology threatens to destroy Jabot. Kyle returns home, and Phyllis gets drawn into Billy’s risky schemes.

The Abbott Mansion
Kyle returns from LA. He tells his parents that he still has unfinished business in LA and wonders why they asked him to come home.
CBS
Jack says that Victor got hold of Cane’s AI program, and they expect him to use it against them… They could lose everything! They’ve already started moving data offsite and strengthening their IT department. Cane believes Victor is the guilty party.
Kyle is worried. He wonders how they can stop the AI program before it kills their business.
Jack asks how things went with Claire in LA.
CBS
Kyle shrugs. He thought they were on the verge of a breakthrough, but he had to come home and help with Jabot being under attack.
Jack says that he’s set up a meeting with some cyber-security groups to find out what they can do.
Kyle wonders how they’ll explain the heightened security to their department heads.
CBS
Jack tells him to let them know that they’re working on a new product. He wonders what Victor’s next move will be… Why hasn’t he used the program against them yet? If Victor wants war, he’ll bring it to him! He leaves the house as Kyle and Diane look after him.
Kyle and Diane discuss Harrison’s new Halloween costume. He’s going to be Long John Silver!
Diane says that Harrison is wearing multiple costumes this year. One for trick-or-treating, and one for school. She says that Harrison wants Claire involved for Halloween, and she’s sorry that Kyle had to cut his trip short.

Kyle mentions that Noah was in a terrible accident in LA… Nick and Sharon flew out to be with him!
Diane figures Noah’s parents must be out of their mind with worry. She’s surprised that Jack hasn’t heard about this either.
Kyle says that Claire went to the hospital the moment she heard about Noah. Every time he and Claire get closer, other people keep getting in the way!
CBS
Diane asks if he’s talking about Victor using Audra against them.
Kyle says that’s part of it, but Holden is in there, too… Now Holden is showing her around LA. He knows Claire hasn’t been around a person like Holden before; he needs Claire to understand that Holden is bad news! He says he connected with someone in LA who knows Holden and Audra.
Diane tells him not to dig too deep. If Holden is playing Claire, she needs to be the one to see it!
Kyle disagrees. He’ll fight with everything he has!

The Genoa City Athletic Club (GCAC)
Victor walks into the club and gets a phone call from Nikki. He tells her to keep him informed about Noah’s wellbeing, and to ask Nick what he found out from Sienna. He says Adam and Chelsea will be handing out the candy to trick-or-treaters. He ends the call and approaches Phyllis’s table. He asks Phyllis if the transfer has been completed.

Phyllis nods. It’s complete. Now it’s his time to make her a happy woman! She asks how Noah is doing.
Victor says Noah is doing as well as he can under the circumstances.
Billy enters the dining room and asks what they’re talking about… Are they discussing business? The weather? Must be Halloween they’re talking about! When does Victor have to return to the crypt?
CBS
Victor says they are discussing Halloween. He’s looking forward to Katie and Johnny joining Connor at Adam’s house!
Michael enters the dining room and says good morning. He’s surprised to see Billy and Phyllis there. He and Victor head off to another table.
CBS
Billy sits down with Phyllis against her protests. He asks Phyllis what she and Victor were talking about.
Phyllis tells him to mind his own business, but discloses they were discussing Noah, who was in an accident in LA.
Billy’s sorry to hear that. He’ll reach out to Nick and Sharon. He wouldn’t wish this on his worst enemy.
CBS
Phyllis tells him to keep the information about Noah under wraps… Victor doesn’t want anyone else to know. She asks Billy to leave the table now.
Billy doesn’t take the hint. He looks at the menu and decides to order some breakfast.
Phyllis says she doesn’t need a breakfast companion… Being around a disloyal narcissist like him makes her uneasy. She asks what new gambit he’s fantasizing about now.
CBS
Billy says he’s working on Abbott Communications. Sally is running the show as Senior CEO.
Phyllis thinks Sally is smart and much better than the last CEO Abbott Communications had. She has her own plans for her future, and none of them involve Billy.
Billy asks if her plans involve her working with Victor.
CBS
Phyllis laughs. She wouldn’t team up with Victor, who she loathes.
Billy says he heard it from Cane.
Phyllis says Cane spoke to Jack, not to Billy. She’s working with Cane, not with Victor. She and Cane are great.
CBS
Billy says he finds it hard to believe. He asks if she has any idea who stole Cane’s AI software.
Phyllis asks why he’s asking her. She doesn’t have to prove anything to him!
Billy knows she’s withholding information. Phyllis is a master hacker; is she working with Victor?
CBS
Phyllis reiterates that she’s not working with Victor.
Billy shrugs. Alright, he’ll believe her. He changes the subject and says that he needs Phyllis’s help.
Phyllis is confused. He accused her of being a liar and a thief and working for Victor, but now he wants her help? Why would she want to help him? He kicked her to the curb without giving her a second thought! What would he want her to do for him?
Billy says Victor is coming after Jabot, and they need her computer skills to help stop him.
CBS
Michael asks Victor for an update on Noah.
Victor says Noah might have been run off the road, and there aren’t any suspects yet. He wants Michael to look into it for him.
CBS
Michael is a little disappointed. When he heard about Noah, he was sad that something like this could be happening to the Newmans, and he hoped that Victor wanted to talk to him as a friend, but he’s talking to him like a lackey!
Victor sighs. He’s never considered Michael a lackey. Is he forgetting that he paid Michael very well over the years? He holds Michael in high esteem! He’s asking a favor for his grandson. There’s something off about the detective who’s looking into Noah’s accident. He wants Michael to look into him, as well as looking into Sienna Bacall.
Michael says he quit Victor for his mental health, so Victor will have to forgive him if he doesn’t jump when he snaps his fingers.
CBS
Victor tells him to do it for Noah.
Michael says he’ll find out everything he can for Noah’s sake, but he has no intention of being pulled back into his old job of being Victor’s attorney and fixer.
Victor figures he’s overthinking things.
CBS
Michael asks if it’s true that Victor has the AI in his possession.
Victor nods. He does!
Michael isn’t happy about that… He assumes the first thing that Victor will do is to go after Jack Abbott.
CBS
Victor says of course he’s going after Jack; he can’t forget the night that Jack almost killed Nikki in the hotel room! He hates Jack, and he’s going to pay for it!
Michael warns him that it could all blow up in Victor’s face.
Victor shrugs. He doesn’t mind, and Michael can’t talk him out of it! Will he help him, or not?
CBS
Michael says he has reservations about working for Victor, but he’ll look into Noah’s situation and Sienna Bacall.
Victor tells him not to wait too long, he’s ready to make his move, and he doesn’t want the Abbotts to shore up their defenses before he strikes! He leaves the club and heads home.
Newman Ranch
Jack shows up at Victor’s house and is invited in. He tells Victor that he’s not going to get away with this.
CBS
Victor laughs. What is Jack talking about?
Jack says he knows that Victor has Cane’s AI software, and if he’s coming after Jabot with it, he’s in for the battle of his life! He’s pissed off, and he’s tired of Victor trying to undermine his family. This is a hill he’s willing to die on!
Victor grins. He’s looking forward to it!
