DURHAM, N.C. — Four different Duke women’s soccer standouts are set to open action in the 2025 National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) playoffs, which kick off Friday, Nov. 7.  The Blue Devils feature Michelle Cooper (Kansas City Current), Mary Long (Kansas City Current), Ella Hase (Racing Louisville FC) and Ella Stevens (Gotham FC) competing in the postseason. 
 
Hase and her Racing Louisville squad travel to face the Washington Spirit, Saturday Nov. 8 at 12 p.m., live on CBS and Paramount+.  On Sunday, Nov. 9, the Current hosts Gotham FC at 12:30 p.m., live on ABC. 
 
A member of the Blue Devil squad in 2025, Hase is coming off collecting her first professional goal this past Sunday to send Racing Louisville into the playoffs for the club’s first time with a 1-0 victory over Bay FC.  Her game-winning goal came in the 48th minute.  This season, Hase has started 17-of-23 matches. Racing Louisville earned the No. 7 seed with a 10-9-7 record. 
 
Both Cooper and Long helped lead Kansas City to a 21-3-2 ledger on the season and the No. 1 seed in the playoffs.  Cooper, a two-time All-America at Duke in 2021 and 2022, has started 17-of-20 matches for Kansas City, while collecting six goals and three assists in 1,242 minutes played.  Coming off one season with Duke in 2025, Long has appeared in 10 matches for the Current, while making one start and adding an assist. 
 
Stevens, a 2020 graduate, started 7-of-10 matches on the season, but has been injured for most of the year.  She has logged 647 minutes and added one assist.  Gotham FC posted a 9-8-9 record on the season and were seeded No. 8.
