Despite having such a momentous year, Gisele Bundchen and Joaquim Valente have kept 2025 extremely low-key. They welcomed a son earlier this year, and have kept their public appearances few and far between, leading many fans to wonder what was happening behind closed doors. However, this super-rare glimpse into their lives in 2025 shows they’re living the good life.
In an Instagram story photo obtained by DailyMail, we can see Bundchen shared the sweetest, sunset-clad tribute photo for Valente’s birthday. She shared the snapshot in her native Portuguese, saying, “Happy birthday @joaquimvalente! I love you!”

In the photo, we see Bundchen and Valente holding hands, with their son, looking like such a wonderful family moment!

For those who don’t know, Bündchen shares two children with her ex-husband Tom Brady, with whom she was from 2006 to 2022, named Benjamin, born in Dec 2009, and Vivian, born in Dec 2012. She’s also the stepmom to the 80s for Bradys star’s first son with Bridget Moynahan named Jack, born in Aug 2007.
Then, after her and Brady’s breakup, a source close to Bündchen and Valente claims they started dating in June 2023, after beginning a platonic relationship years earlier, specifically in 2021. Soon after, they announced they were expecting their first child together.
In Feb 2025, a source later told People that the couple welcomed a baby boy, revealing his middle name is River. (This follows the tradition Bündchen and her ex-husband Brady started by giving their kids water-related middle names!)
