JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Graphite Division No. 1 seed North Florida Men’s Soccer earned its second-consecutive berth to the Atlantic Sun Championship Final match with a 0-0 (4-3) result after penalty kicks against Graphite Division No. 3 seed Stetson at Hodges Stadium on Monday night.

North Florida advanced to 11-5-1 on the season and secured its ninth shutout of the season with the scoreless home duel. North Florida will host Gold Division No. 1 seed Bellarmine after it also advanced in penalty kicks.

Redshirt junior Luciano Natoli posted two saves in 110 minutes in goal.

Junior midfielder Tyler Prebenda, sophomore midfielder Rafa Rios, sophomore forward Geraldo Neto and sophomore midfielder Anton Khelil all delivered the four successful penalty kicks to advance to the ASUN Championship Final.

North Florida had three shots on goal throughout the 110 minutes of action. Redshirt junior goalkeeper Iu Pentinat subbed in for penalty kicks and delivered the advancement for the Ospreys in goal.

Seven Ospreys played the full 110 minutes in the match. Fifth year midfielder Rentaro Miyakawa, junior defender Paul Schacherer and redshirt senior forward Luc Granitur each notched multiple shots, with senior defender Jaylen Yearwood and Neto joining Schacherer with shots on goal.

The stage is set for North Florida to face off against Bellarmine in the ASUN Championship Final match on Saturday, Nov. 15. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. ET at Hodges Stadium.
