The record-setting attempt came in August, soon after the Panthers won their second-consecutive Stanley Cup. So, naturally, King brought the coveted trophy with him to witness history.

He got the official certificate commemorating the record this week.

King is in his 10th season with the Panthers as their assistant equipment manager.

With this latest feat, King now has his name on the Stanley Cup, and also in the Guinness Book of World Records. Not too shabby, if you ask us.
