The B.C. Lions signed defensive back Bruce Harmon Jr. to a future contract that starts in 2026 on Wednesday according to the CFL Transactions page.
Bruce Harmon Jr. is six foot and weighs 200 pounds. The 25-year-old from Rockwell, Texas, signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent on May 2, 2025. In 2025, Harmon Jr. made three tackles (1 solo, 2 assists) in two preseason games. He was placed on injured reserve and was released on August 21, 2025.
Collegiately, Harmon Jr. spent six seasons at Stephen F.
