Frontstretch Happy Hour hosts Bryan Nolen, Michael Massie and Dalton Hopkins are joined by Bringing the Heat’s Trey Lyle in an emergency podcast with dramatic readings of leaked NASCAR text messages that have sent a minor earthquake through the sport.

The courts made these messages public along with hundreds of documents on Friday (Nov. 21) regarding NASCAR vs. 23XI Racing/Front Row Motorsports. Some of these contained text messages between NASCAR Commissioner Steve Phelps, NASCAR President Steve O’Donnell and other powerful figures within the league from the last few years.

The content of these messages ranged from reacting to Justin Marks‘ and Denny Hamlin‘s participation in the now defunct SRX Series to insults about Richard Childress after his comments in the media.

Here’s What Happened in the 23XI/FRM Lawsuit vs. NASCAR This Week (Nov. 15-21)

The Happy Hour gang gives a dramatic reading of these texts, reading them word for word, before turning toward their immediate reactions and opinions on them. How will this affect public opinion on the trial, now just over a week away from starting? How will these reports potentially change the relationship between NASCAR and its team owners?
