Online registration to begin for Jr. WNBA Novice Girls Basketball Division in Kona : Big Island Now

Hawaiʻi County Department of Parks and Recreation opens online registration Nov. 24 for the 2026 Jr. WNBA Novice Girls Basketball Division in Kona.

Novice Girls Basketball Division Details

Season: Jan. 26 through March 11, 2026.

Age groups: Novice Girls Elementary (grades 3-5) and Novice Girls Intermediate (grades 6-8).

When to register: Online Nov. 24 through Dec. 22.

Cost per player: $30. Registration includes NBA/WNBA reversible replica jersey.

Cost to register a team: $200.

Coaches/team representatives meeting: 5:30 p.m. Dec. 8 at Kekuaokalani Gym, 75-5500 Kuakini Highway, Kailua-Kona.
