Across Legal has advised The Mulligan Factory on the sale of teeone.golf to Everfield, a European investment platform and growth accelerator for B2B software companies. Teeone.golf is a golf club management software based in Spain. The Mulligan Factory is the developer of Clapphouse, an app designed to support the management of golf clubs and facilities.
With this acquisition, Everfield strengthens its position in the Spanish market by incorporating teeone.golf — which serves more than 200 clubs across the Iberian Peninsula with a comprehensive cloud-based management system. This transaction brings together the two solutions and strengthens Everfield’s Hospitality & Leisure vertical by creating an integrated technology ecosystem for the management and digitalisation of the golf sector.
