A pair of AHL centres are switching homes.
Thomas, a second-round pick of the Kings in 2018, has appeared in 32 career NHL games, posting four goals and three assists.
The 25-year-old Toronto native has spent the entire season in the AHL, tallying four goals and nine assists over 19 games with the Ontario Reign.
He will report to the Blues’ AHL affiliate, the Springfield Thunderbirds, the team said.
Alexandrov, also 25, has spent his whole season in Springfield, racking up three goals and 11 helpers in 18 contests.
The 2019 second-round pick born in Germany has suited up in 51 career NHL games — though none since two seasons ago — with three goals and six assists.
