O’Shaquie Foster vs. Stephen Fulton Jr.: Prediction
My prediction is a unanimous decision win for Foster against Fulton Jr., as he’s the quicker and sharper counterpuncher. Both are defensive-minded counterpunchers, but I think that the speed difference will be evident on fight night in favor of Foster.
Foster, despite the long layoff from action, would still be the natural 130-pounder and won’t have any adjustments in terms of power and speed. He’s also very cautious and picky with his combinations, not overthrowing or exposing himself to counters.
Meanwhile, Fulton Jr. has shown holes in his defense because at times, he’s flat-footed and doesn’t move out of range, making him vulnerable to counters. Furthermore, he’s the one moving up in weight and might need time to adjust with his power and power.

Foster is the current WBC super featherweight champion, and he has recorded four wins in his last five fights. He defeated Rey Vargas, Eduardo Hernandez, Abraham Nova, and Robson Conceicao. But during this stretch, he also suffered a loss to Conceicao.
