Official United Soccer Coaches Releases – All-America | All-Region
KANSAS CITY, Mo.
–University of Wisconsin-La Crosse’s Aubree Caya has been named to the 2025 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III All-America First Team. In addition, 10 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) individuals claimed All-Region IX recognition.
Caya is the fourth individual in program archives to secure first team status, joining Margaret Harings (2018), Alexis McMahon (2022) and Ellie Arndt (2023 and 2024). Caya set single-season school records with 24 goals, 55 points and 91 shots and led the WIAC in goals, points and shots, as well as 58 shots on goal. She tied for the conference lead with four game-winning goals and tied for seventh with seven assists.
The WIAC Offensive Player of the Year this season, Caya recorded at least one goal in 16 matches and had at least two goals in seven contests. She had a hat trick against Concordia University (Wis.) on Sept. 27.
Caya also secured a spot on the United Soccer Coaches All-Region IX First Team. She was joined on the first team by teammates Allison Steeno and Sera Speltz, while Monica Wawrzyn was a second team pick.
Third team selections included: UW-La Crosse’s Jillian Sawadski, UW-Platteville’s Lexi Ward and UW-River Falls’ Valerie Leonard. Ward was a fourth team honoree a year ago.
UW-River Falls’ Lauren Best and Emery Bigler, along with UW-Stout’s Kayla White were fourth team choices.
