A male has been injured in a stabbing in Toronto’s Flemingdon Park neighbourhood on Monday afternoon.
The incident happened near St. Dennis Drive and Don Mills Road.
Toronto police said they were called to that area just after 2:30 p.m. for reports of a person with a knife.
At the scene, offices located a male with serious injuries.
He was taken to the hospital by paramedics, police told CTV News Toronto.
“There are not a lot of details available at this time about the circumstances surrounding this incident, or the type of injuries sustained by the male,” a media officer said.
Police did say it “appears there were possibly several other people involved in this incident, but officers are still investigating and trying to figure out what happened here.”
This investigation is ongoing and anyone with further information is asked to contact Toronto police at 416-808-5500 or Crime Stoppers.
