LA Knight was seemingly written off WWE in a surprise turn earlier this week, and now, we know more about his future.
In a recent report from Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), it was noted that Knight “isn’t going anywhere.” Although he seemed to be squashed in the closing moments of RAW, Knight won’t be leaving WWE any time soon.
The report notes that he recently re-signed with the company in 2024 and has “years” left on his new deal. Despite people being confused about what happened, Fightful notes that the moment was simply a story beat and will be revisited in the future. Fightful also notes that there are no issues with Knight backstage. However, they are working to find out more about what his future holds in 2026.
In the main event of Monday’s episode of WWE RAW, LA Knight faced off against Logan Paul. After losing due to interference from the masked man, Knight was attacked by Breakker and Reed backstage, who put him through a table. The duo then propped Knight up on a car. Reed then hit a tsunami splash on Knight, sending the car’s alarm off as the show ended.
