CARY, N.C. (WTVD) — NC State men’s soccer team has one game left and it could not be any bigger. The team is looking for its first-ever national championship as they play Washington at First Horizon Stadium in Cary.
After beating Georgetown on the road by a 3-2 score, the Wolfpack advanced to the NCAA College Cup for the first time in over 30 years.
The 2025 season is just the second-ever appearance for them in the Final Four match.
NC State beat Saint Louis 2-1 in front of over 10,000 fans on Friday night.
Today’s match is the first-ever meeting between NC State and Washington on the pitch.
Tonight’s game is at 7 p.m.
