The North Bay Police Service is investigating an overnight shooting that left one individual injured and sent to hospital, with no arrests made so far
A shooting between midnight and 2 a.m. in the area of Seymour Street, Franklin Street, and the Highway 11/17 bypass has sent one person to hospital.
The North Bay Police Service is investigating, but gave no details of the condition of the shooting victim.
“While a suspect has not yet been arrested, the investigation indicates this was an isolated incident with no ongoing threat to public safety,” says a news release.
Police are looking for witnesses who may have seen the shooting or have dash cam footage.
