UPDATE: Highway 17 reopens north of Batchawana Bay

Highway 17 has reopened north of Batchawana Bay.

Ontario 511 says traffic is also once again flowing on Highway 101 between Wawa and the Chapleau area.

Highway 17 is now closed north of Batchawana Bay due to weather conditions.

Ontario 511 says all lanes are closed.

In addition, Highway 101 is closed in both directions between Wawa and the Chapleau area.
