Fans have yet another reason to believe Jaxson Dart and Marissa Ayers are an item.
After weeks of dating rumors between the New York Giants rookie quarterback, 22, and the influencer, also 22, the pair seemingly confirmed their romance over the weekend with a sly move on Instagram.
On Wednesday, Dec. 17, the sports gambling company Betr shared a post to its official Instagram account, which referred to Ayers — who was a ring girl during Jake Paul’s boxing showdown against Anthony Joshua — as Dart’s “girlfriend,” and the duo appeared to approve of that label by each liking the post.
Neither Dart nor Ayers has publicly commented on the status of their potential pairing.
In October, fans of Dart and Ayers first started to speculate about a potential romance when they were reportedly spotted together at a Halloween party. Dart further fueled rumors, liking a number of Ayers’ Instagram posts, including a roundup of photos from her Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend and her mermaid bikini costume in New York City.

Ayers seemingly took the next step in their rumored relationship on Dec. 1 when she was spotted hanging out with the NFL star’s mom, Kara Dart, at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass. — seen posing together before the Giants faced the New England Patriots.
And though she continued to play coy, Ayers appeared to nod to the rumored pairing in a TikTok post on Dec. 14, wearing an oversized Giants T-shirt as she filmed a vlog getting ready for a day out in N.Y.C. Responding to a comment that read, “wait did you move to nyc?” the influencer wrote back, “No but …. 😏” seemingly in reference to being in town for Dart.
Dart, who was drafted to the Giants earlier this year after his final season at Ole Miss, made his NFL debut in September.
He was also caught up in dating rumors with influencer Alix Earle earlier in December when what appeared to be a screenshot of Dart sliding into her DMs circulated hours after her split from Houston Texans wide receiver Braxton Berrios was made public. But Earle quickly shut down the speculation, calling the image a “fake photoshopped dm” in a post.
