SEATTLE – Following the most successful season in UW Men’s Soccer history, Jamie Clark has been named the Top Drawer Soccer Coach of the Year for the first time in his career.Â
Clark led the Huskies to the first national championship in program history in 2025 in historic fashion. Washington became the first team to ever win six straight NCAA Tournament matches away from home to clinch the championship.
Washington was one of the greatest offensive teams in the country in 2025. The Huskies finished the campaign at the top of the charts in total goals (54) and total points (164) while finishing fourth in total assists (56). The goal tally is also the most Washington has ever scored with Clark at the helm.
Following the championship, Clark’s Huskies were ranked No. 1 in the United Soccer Coaches Poll for the first time this season.
Five Dawgs were also selected in the 2026 MLS SuperDraft, headlined by No. 8 overall pick Richie Aman. The five selections were the most of any collegiate program this year.
