The Minnesota Wild goalie tandem of rookie Jesper Wallstedt and Filip Gustavsson will remain intact for Team Sweden at the 2026 Olympics.

The two will joined in net by New Jersey Devils netminder Jacob Markstrom as the Sweden revealed its full 25-player Olympic roster on Friday. Ottawa Senators goaltender Linus Ullmark was not included on the team after being on the country’s 4 Nations Face-Off roster.

Wallstedt leads the NHL with a .928 save percentage and sits fourth in goals-against average at 2.21. The 23-year-old has a 11-2-3 record with the Wild, while Gustavsson 13-8-4 with a .912 save percentage and a 2.47 GAA.

Toronto Maple Leafs defenceman Oliver Ekman-Larsson and St. Louis Blues blueliner Philip Broberg were named to the team after not making the 4 Nations squad, while Edmonton Oilers veteran Mattias Ekholm was dropped. Ekman-Larsson won silver with Sweden at Sochi 2014.

At forward, Gabriel Landeskog, who was previously named to the roster with the first six in the summer, Tampa Bay Lightning forward Pontus Holmberg and San Jose Sharks centre Alexander Wennberg are also new additions from the 4 Nations team. Victor Arvidsson of the Boston Bruins and Winnipeg Jets forward Gustav Nyquist were dropped from last year’s squad.

The full team is as follows:

Forwards: Jesper Bratt, Leo Carlsson, Joel Eriksson Ek, Filip Forsberg, Pontus Holmberg, Adrian Kempe, Gabriel Landeskog, Elias Lindholm, William Nylander, Elias Pettersson, Rickard Rakell, Lucas Raymond, Alexander Wennberg, Mika Zibanejad

Defencemen: Rasmus Andersson, Philip Broberg, Jonas Brodin, Rasmus Dahlin, Oliver Ekman-Larsson, Gustav Forsling, Victor Hedman, Erik Karlsson

Goalies: Filip Gustavsson, Jacob Markstrom, Jesper Wallstedt

Rasmus Dahlin, Victor Hedman, Adrian Kempe, Landeskog, William Nylander and Lucas Raymond were previously named to the roster. Hedman remains on the team amid a tight timeline that is expected to see him return in February following elbow surgery.

This year will mark the 24th time Sweden has competed in the Olympic tournament. The country has won gold twice at Lillehammer 1994 and Torino 2006 and own three silver medals and four bronze medals.
