Florida Panthers forward Noah Gregor and New Jersey Devils defenceman Dennis Cholowski were placed on waivers Friday afternoon.

Gregor, 27, has one goal and two assists in 27 games with Florida this season. He last suited up on Jan. 8 against the Montreal Canadiens, where he had 5:53 of ice time and a plus/minus rating of -2.

He is on a one-year, $775,000 contract.

The Beaumont, Alta., native has skated in 317 career NHL games, scoring 37 goals with 73 points, split between the San Jose Sharks, Toronto Maple Leafs, Ottawa Senators and Panthers.

Cholowski, 27, has one assist in 15 games with New Jersey in 2025-26.

He has not played since Dec. 14 against the Vancouver Canucks, when he had 14:51 of ice time.

A first-round pick (20th overall) by Detroit in 2016, Cholowski has appeared in 171 career NHL games, split between the Red Wings, Washington Capitals, Seattle Kraken, New York Islanders, and Devils.
