Local cyclists will take to the open road tomorrow, for the second edition of the “Thrill Me” cycling ride, as organisers roll out “Thrill Me 2”, a long-distance coastal journey designed to promote endurance, unity and fellowship within Guyana’s growing cycling fraternity.
The ride will depart from Sheriff Street, Georgetown, and head along the coast to the Berbice Bridge before returning to the city, giving participants a demanding but scenic route that tests stamina while offering a strong sense of camaraderie among riders.
Organisers say the event is not focused on competition, but rather on building community and encouraging cyclists of varying levels to challenge themselves in a supportive environment.
