The B.C. Lions released long snapper Cameron Foran from the practice squad on Thursday according to the CFL Transactions page.
Cameron Foran is six foot one and weighs 229 pounds. The 21-year-old from Port Williams, Nova Scotia, went undrafted in the 2025 CFL Draft. The B.C. Lions signed Foran on May 1, 2025. In 2025, Foran appeared in two preseason games. He spent over a month on the practice squad.
Collegiately, Foran played four seasons at Acadia University (2021-24) playing 27 games making nine tackles (6 solos, 3 assists). In 2024, Acadia kicker Nick Swain made 7 of 9 field goals (78%) with a long of 43 yards, and 10 extra points, punting the ball 66 times for 2,131 yards (32.3 AVG), with a long of 51 yards, and seven from inside the 20-yard line, while Joseph Stadnyk punted the ball one time for 29 yards.
