Saquon Barkley’s Philadelphia Eagles were unable to defend their Super Bowl championship this season, but the star running back at least took home another title.
He was the highest-selling NFL jersey for the 2025-26 campaign at Lids.
He wasn’t the only Eagles player in the top 10, as quarterback Jalen Hurts finished in third and just behind San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey.
Here is a look at the full top 10:

Despite having two of the top three-selling players, though, the Eagles still fell short of the rival Dallas Cowboys when it came to overall team gear sales. Dallas led the league in overall gear sales nationally, while the 49ers were second, Philadelphia was third, the Las Vegas Raiders were fourth and the Pittsburgh Steelers were fifth.
While it was further proof the Cowboys remain America’s Team despite failing to make the playoffs, none of their players won the crown for the most jersey sales in their home state of Texas.
That title went to Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud.
Other notable state-by-state developments included Barkley selling the most jerseys in New Jersey, which is where his former team and the rival New York Giants play their games. No Giants players could lock down New York either, as Buffalo Bills star Josh Allen sold the most jerseys in the state.

Some of the most exciting young quarterbacks around the league also performed well in their home markets, as Caleb Williams sold the most in Illinois, Drake Maye sold the most in Massachusetts, Jayden Daniels sold the most in Virginia and Bo Nix sold the most in Colorado.
But they are still all chasing Patrick Mahomes, who was the best-selling jersey across the most states with fans in Rhode Island, Indiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma jumping at the chance to represent the Kansas City Chiefs star.
It was a reminder that quarterbacks are still the kings in the NFL, as six of the top 10 jerseys sold were signal-callers in Hurts, Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, Allen, Daniels and Stroud.

Yet even those quarterbacks couldn’t keep pace with the running backs in Barkley and McCaffrey this season.
That Barkley topped the list perhaps shouldn’t be that surprising. After all, he was coming off an incredible individual season in 2024-25 in which he won a Super Bowl and the Offensive Player of the Year while leading the league with 2,005 rushing yards.
It was one of the best individual seasons in NFL history for a running back, and he remained incredibly popular despite not being able to replicate those numbers this season.
As for McCaffrey, he is the face of one of the league’s most popular teams in the 49ers and dominated this season with 2,126 yards from scrimmage and 17 touchdowns while appearing in all 17 games after he was limited to four in 2024.
But bragging rights belong to his fellow running back this season, as Barkley sold the most jerseys.
