WHAT THE CHAMPION WINSÂ
The season-long Fantasy Champion will take home a once-in-a-lifetime LIV VIP Weekend Experience that includes premium hospitality with Club 54 access, VIP concert entry, a meet-and-greet with the winning team at the event, and up to $2,500 in flight and hotel credit. The prize is rounded out with custom LIV collectibles, signed memorabilia, a curated art piece from a host city artist, and exclusive merch credits.Â
MORE PRIZES
Second place earns an elite LIV tournament experience, including two four-day Birdie Shack hospitality passes and VIP concert access. The prize includes a premium team-signed merch bundle, a personalized recorded swing lesson from a LIV Golf player with a signed polo, and a round of golf for two at a top-tier partner course.
Third place receives a premium golf and lifestyle bundle, including LIV apparel, a festival-style merch pack with city-specific items, a custom one-of-a-kind laser-engraved golf wedge, and a one-year LIV Golf Premium Plus streaming subscription to stay close to the action all season long.
But players don’t have to wait all season long to cash in, with the new format including event-specific prizes for the top three finishers who find the podium. For example, first place in LIV Fantasy after ROSHN Group LIV Golf Riyadh will earn a $250 credit to the LIV Golf store and a hat signed by the winning team, while the victor from LIV Golf Adelaide takes home the ultimate home-team prize: a premium Ripper GC merch bundle, including a hat signed by the Ripper GC team and exclusive partner merchandise.
HOW IT WORKSÂ
With the season also split into Phases (Phase 1: Events 1-6, Phase 2: Events 7-12), there is even more opportunity to win. The leader through Phase 1 will receive a brand-new set of golf clubs, and the Phase 2 winner will receive an iPad Pro.
The new fantasy format will have participants select four players who contribute to a team score in each round of competition during LIV events. Players will choose four players from across three zones — the Lock Zone, the Open Zone, and the Drop Zone — and earn points based on their performance. Each team will have two players from the Lock Zone, one player from the Open Zone, and one player from the Drop Zone.
The exception will be the opening tournament — LIV Golf Riyadh. For the season opener played under lights at Riyadh Golf Club, participants will select one player from the list of LIV Captains and three players from the rest of the field.
Players earn or lose points on each hole played based on their score in relation to par for that hole, and at the end of each event, bonus points will be awarded on a sliding scale to players inside the top 20 on the leaderboard. Higher finishes equal more bonus points, with the Individual winner receiving 50 bonus points.
The LIV Golf Fantasy Game is played across two Phases throughout the season, designed to keep players competitive and introduce new ways to play as the year unfolds, so every event matters.
Phase 1 comprises the first six events in the schedule and focuses on getting into the game and building momentum. The best four event scores from the first six events are combined to create a starting score for Phase 2. That means missing an event or having a tough week won’t end a season. Strong performances still count, and players have a chance to start Phase 2 in a competitive position.
Phase 2 raises the stakes in events seven through 12 and introduces new ways to score.
Along with selecting players each week, fans unlock additional features throughout Phase 2. These may include choosing a LIV Golf Team that earns points alongside its players or selecting a Captain who earns double points.
Results from the Phase 2 events are added to your starting total to determine your final season standing.
As always, players can create or join leagues to compete against family and friends for bragging rights while also pursuing prizes.Â
