The timing of the announcement of Lewis Hamilton changing his Ferrari race engineer has been questioned by Karun Chandhok.

On January 16th, it was announced that Riccardo Adami was to be moved off engineering Hamilton to head up Ferrari’s young driver and historic testing programmes after he and Hamilton had failed to gel.

Max Verstappen instructor issues apology after forcing Nurburgring date change

During the winter, the NLS calendar was frequently discussed. Max Verstappen would love to participate in the 24 Hours of Nürburgring, but let it be known that he would then want to do a preparation race. 

However, in combination with the busy F1 calendar, this was initially not possible. Thus the second race was held during the GP weekend in Japan.

Honda hail ‘pivotal’ test as fresh Aston Martin targets outlined

Honda trackside general manager and chief engineer Shintaro Orihara has hailed last week’s Barcelona test as a “pivotal moment” in its relationship with Aston Martin, as it looks ahead to Bahrain.
