The Montreal Canadiens forward Patrik Laine has been rising greatly in my esteem over the past few weeks.

Notably because of his hard work in Brossard this summer..

But also because of his character.

This is unprecedented for Laine and extremely promising for what’s ahead.

To add a little more to the story, a very interesting clip involving Laine has just surfaced.

While some have criticized him for his “nonchalance” at times, in the unveiling of the trailer for season 2 of the documentary about the behind-the-scenes of the Montreal Canadiens’ rebuild, you can clearly hear Laine say the following..

“Anyone who bets against me is going to lose all their money!”
