In December, The Realist reported that the nearly-complete 28-storey tower at 2538 Birch Street in Vancouver by Jameson Development had been placed under creditor protection and was set to be sold to First Peoples Group for $235 million. On the provincial level, the BC Greens have ended their cooperation agreement with the NDP, citing a lack of progress on commitments.
