Dr. Carla Grottoli brings patient-focused care to Queen Street clinic
Dr. Carla Grottoli, a family medicine physician, will join the team at the Superior Health Centre effective March 1, says a news release.
SFHT’s mission is to provide quality, interprofessional care in a patient-centred environment that promotes collaboration and learning.
Dr. Grottoli’s patients will have access to a comprehensive interprofessional health-care team, including a registered social worker, physiotherapist, pharmacist, and dietitian, as well as the full range of services offered through the facility.
Located at 765 Queen St. E., Suite 300, the newly renovated wheelchair-accessible office also offers a waterfront view and provides a welcoming and accessible environment.

While Dr. Grottoli already has a full roster of patients, Spadafora told SooToday the clinic is accepting new patients through Health Care Connect.
