STAMFORD, Conn. – – The 100th playing of the PGA TOUR’s Genesis Invitational airs live on Golf Channel this week, headlined by World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, World No. 2 Rory McIlroy and the world’s top players.
PGA TOUR: THE GENESIS INVITATIONAL
This year marks the 100th playing of The Genesis Invitational, which returns to Riviera Country Club for 2026. The tournament marks the second-straight Signature Event on the PGA TOUR, featuring a limited field competing for an elevated purse and points.
Defending champion Ludvig Åberg will tee-it-up this week, looking to defend his one-stroke victory over Maverick McNealy in 2025. The limited field features the best in the world, including all of the Top-10 players on the Official World Golf Rankings.

American Angel Yin shot a tournament-record 28-under 260 in 2025, beating Japan’s Akie Iwai with a birdie on the final hole. Yin will compete in this year’s event, along with World No. 1 and Thailand’s own Jeeno Thitikul.
