WINNIPEG — Drew Wolitarsky retired Thursday as a member of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
The veteran receiver signed a one-year deal with Winnipeg, allowing him to call it a career with the franchise.
Wolitarsky, 30, spent seven of his eight CFL seasons with Winnipeg (2017-19, 2021-24). He was with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats last year, suiting up for two games.

Wolitarsky won two Grey Cups with Winnipeg (2019, 2021). He recorded 227 catches for 2,954 yards and 18 touchdowns in 96 regular-season games with the club.
The California native played collegiately at the University of Minnesota. But Winnipeg selected him in the 2017 CFL supplemental draft after discovering he qualified as a Canadian because his mother was born in Montreal.
