Edmonton police say they are looking to identify two men who are believed to have robbed several liquor stores in January and February.
EPS says the first alleged incident took place on Sunday, Jan. 25, around 9:11 p.m. near Mayfield Road.
During the alleged incident, it is believed that two men entered the store and tried to leave without paying for several items. At this point, an employee confronted them, and one of the men allegedly produced a firearm and threatened the employee before leaving.
A second alleged incident took place on Saturday, Jan. 31, around 8:23 p.m., again near Matyfield Road.
A third alleged incident took place on Tuesday, Feb. 5, around 9:41 p.m. near 23 Avenue and 24 Street.
Police say that during the alleged incidents, two men were captured on surveillance cameras.
Both have been described as between 20 and 30-years-old, between 5’9″ and 6′ tall. One has a stocky build, the other has a thin build.
